Applying for a Place at West Hill School for September 2024
We expect Tameside admissions to update their website in the autumn term with key dates for admission to high schools for September 2024.
The application process is detailed in the Moving On document issued by Tameside LA and is available online:
All parents who live in Tameside should apply for a place at West Hill School online:
Please note: If you wish your son to attend a single sex school you ’must’ tick the box on your application form and/or state preference for single sex within additional information.
If you live outside Tameside, you should complete the form from your local authority and this will be forwarded to the school.
Appeals
If on the 1st March 2024 you have been unsuccessful at getting a place at West Hill School you can appeal this decision through Democratic Services.
