As of September 2023, I am privileged to be the Headteacher at West Hill School, a school community that is rich in history whilst holding promise for the future of our young people.

West Hill School is now closed for the summer break.
We re-open to students on Thursday 3rd September 2026.
SEPTEMBER RETURN
The autumn term starts on Thursday 3rd September 2026 for all students. However, only students in Year 7 should arrive at 8:20am for an 8:35am start. Students in Year 11 should arrive from 9:50am for a 10am start. Years 8-10 should arrive during break time, 11am-11:20am, for an 11:20am start.
YEAR 7 SUMMER SCHOOL
Monday 17th-Tuesday 18th August 2026 from 9:30am until 2pm each day. Further details in the linked letter.
GCSE RESULTS DAY – Thursday 20th August 2026
Students are invited to collect their results from school between 9am-12am. See FAQs on our Exam Information webpage.
