WELCOME TO WEST HILL SCHOOL

West Hill is an 11-16 all boys comprehensive school in the town of Stalybridge.

The school is set in pleasant surroundings and is an interesting mixture of buildings; a converted mansion house, specialist newer buildings and a relatively new Sports Hall.

The school governors and staff believe strongly in self-determination and have constantly sought school status which reflects this. Thus, West Hill has been consecutively Grant-Maintained, now Foundation and from August 2011 an Academy.
