“Transition, albeit different due to the pandemic times, has been smooth, informative and enjoyable.”

Summer School

This year we hosted our very own week-long summer school exclusively for our new Year 7 cohort.

All new year 7 pupils were invited to attend, and more than 135 took up the opportunity.

This was an exciting opportunity for new pupils to get to know our school and some of our staff, but importantly it gave the boys time to forge new friendships ready for September.

The week had lots on offer with a mixture of key skills and extra-curricular style activities delivered by West Hill Staff.

"Our son found the summer school a brilliant way to make new friends in a relaxed manner whilst taking part in a variety of different tasks and situations that had been planned throughout the week by a variety of school staff. He came away from the summer school knowing he was going to be ok on the 1st day.”

Parent Handbook

The parent handbook is the go-to document for new parents to explore the way our school operates and the expectations we have of our boys. There is also a useful common questions section at the back of the booklet.
