Pupils will require their own passport with a minimum of six months validity after the date of travel in order to be able to travel.

The behaviour expectations of all pupils attending the field trip (i.e. outside of the classroom) are the same as those your son adheres to during a normal day at West Hill School.  When signing this form you are consenting to yourself and your son agreeing to the following:

The school reserves the right to withdraw any member of the trip/expedition at any time up to the point of departure, if prevailing circumstances demand that this would be the most sensible and safest course of action.

Where pupils have received serious sanctions for behaviour during this academic year parents and pupils will be asked to sign a more detailed behaviour contract and/or attend a behaviour meeting.   The Senior Leadership Team are fully supportive of these safeguarding arrangements.

In the interim, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Mr Hill by telephone or by email Ahill@westhillschool.co.uk
